Our new parent orientation meeting kicks off our back -to-school events at 8:30 AM in the gym on Saturday, August 4th.  This event is open to all families new to Anthem Prep | Archway Anthem.  If your student was enrolled with the school last year, you do not need to attend.

New Prep students (this includes all 6th grade students and new students to Anthem Prep grades 6 through 11) will meet in the Commons for a tour of the school and question/answer discussion about Anthem Prep.

Following the New Parent Orientation, we will begin the Back to School event according to the following times:

K-2, MS Students: 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM

3-5, HS Students: 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM

We will welcome all families with currently enrolled students in grades K-2 and 6-8.  Families will come to the Commons, retrieve their folders with vital school information, and receive further instructions to obtain locker information, schedules, classroom assignments, etc. Families will then visit the classrooms and drop off school supplies.  The first session ends promptly at 11:30 AM so our wonderful faculty, volunteers, and staff can reset supplies and classrooms.  The next event, which begins at 12:30 PM, is a similar event for families with currently enrolled students in grades 3-5 and 9-12.

If you are unable to attend the event Saturday, August 4, we are scheduling an alternate day/time to pick up your student’s folder.
